We have the hollow embossment deck and the solid embossment deck. It have styles of F1 and F2 according to the different wood grain. And it can be mixed colour.

According to the 1st generation wpc decking, we produce the wpc embossment decking.
The advantage of embossment decking is the wood grain can last a long time. You don't have to worry about it can be abrased because the wood grain is made by one step.
We have the hollow embosment decking and the solid embossment decking.
Material: 60% HDPE+35% wood powder+5% additives.

Wood grain: F2, Deep and light grain. Seems like the real wood.

Comparation of F1 and F2
F1: The wood grain is sparse and light, natural-looking.
F2: The wood grain is deep and dense, looks like the real wood.
Both the hollow embossment deck and the solid embossment deck can be made different wood grain: F1 and F2. Depend on the customer's need.

1.Will the color fade because exposure to the sun?
Our technology make the boards great resistant agsinst the sun and we have do the anti-UV test for hundreds hours finding little change. The color only becomes a little light than before.

WPC Hollow Joist
Used for install of wpc decking, every square meter need 3-4 meters. The distance between two joists is about 30cm.
WPC Edging Board
L Corner Board: 40*40mm
Other model:60*10mm, 71*10mm
Clips
Plastic clips and stainless steel clips for your choose. Every square meter need about 20 pcs.
Package
The products are packed with three layers, first with the foam paper, carton, waterproof tarpaulin, then put on the pallets.
