A: The delivery time is 25-45 days after receiving your deposit payment.

5. Q: How can I order samples?
A: Small samples for free,freight collect or prepaid by customer. Big samples(Like cartons of sample), we might require basic cost of wood flooring manufacturing.
A: We have strict and formal quality control and so we make sure all the goods sent out to customers are in good condition.Within 15 days when customers receive the goods please tell us and show us the detail proof so we can check and give replacement in the next order.
7. Q: How to pay for the products?
A: It’s kind of you if you can pay by T/T ( T/T 30% deposit before production, 70% balance before loading).
